How does it work?
When wet blasting, water and media are mixed in the blast pot.
- Water encapsulates the abrasive and coating being removed, preventing them from becoming airborne. The droplets fall to the ground, keeping surrounding areas clean.
- The water adds mass and energy, making Dustless Blasting equipment more powerful than traditional sandblasters.

- Venturi Suction Delivery System As opposed to a gravity-fed system, Dustless Blast – ing uses Venturi suction. This pulls the abrasive and water from the bottom of the blast pot, and moves the mixture out of the top. This delivery system makes Dustless Blasting equipment ultra reliable, easy to operate, and clog resistant.
